Who can use PamojaHub?
Any organized group that needs shared financial and member records. Members, treasurers, admins, and group owners can all use PamojaHub with role-appropriate access.
Does PamojaHub hold group money?
No. PamojaHub is management software, not a bank or payment processor. It records what happens to group funds; it does not take custody of them. Subscription payments are handled by Paystack.
How long is the Free plan?
The Free plan is KSh 0 per month and remains available within its group, member, and feature limits. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime if you need more capacity or features.
Can one account belong to more than one group?
Yes. A single PamojaHub account can be a member of multiple groups, with a separate role and membership record in each one.
Do paid plans require payment before use?
Paid plans are selected when you register or upgrade, and payment is handled through Paystack's hosted checkout before the paid plan is activated.
Does PamojaHub store my card information?
